Desired Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous. Knowledge of Lean methodologies, project management, and process improvement techniques will be beneficial.
