Key Responsibilities

  • Enter credit memos into JD Edwards ERP for all returns, deductions, and warranty claims
  • Research and provide documentation for deductions and claims
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, Customer Service Specialists, Customers, and Credit Manager, Invoicing, Accounts Receivables, and Collections
  • Own customer communications related to various claims and order issues
  • Write up Corrective Action Reports
  • Inbound and outbound phone work, as needed
