Job Summary:

Nabors Industries is seeking a skilled Credit Review Specialist to join our team. As a Credit Review Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely credit reviews to support business decisions. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Supervisor to manage customer account risk
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Contracts, and customers to obtain necessary information for credit reviews
  • Request and review trade credit/bank references provided by customers
  • Generate and review credit reports using industry-recognized tools and websites
  • Monitor credit risk exposure by analyzing changes in a client's business model and market conditions
  • Perform Credit/Bid Risk assessments in Salesforce
  • Work with the Supervisor to review existing customers for credit limit increases
  • Maintain Customer Masterfile for new customer reviews
  • Access Oracle reports for trade credit references
  • Complete miscellaneous AR deposits and maintain cash logs
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree or 2+ years of credit analysis experience in a corporate environment
  • 2 years of billing experience using a major ERP AR module
  • Cash applications experience using a major ERP AR module (preferred)
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle AR Module expertise
  • Credit Business Association (CBA) or other credit professional designation
  • Oil and gas industry experience
  • Ability to analyze financial statements
  • Familiarity with credit reporting agencies and downloading/reviewing reports
