About the Role:

This key leadership position requires a dynamic and experienced professional who can develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage and mentor a sales team, and analyze market trends to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow orthopedic service lines, subspecialties, and locations.
  • Managing, training, and mentoring a sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Identifying new referral growth opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets, developing incentive bonus structures, and managing local and national partnership and sponsorship opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in managing and mentoring a sales team.
  • Healthcare and sales experience preferred, with an understanding of managed care and reimbursement dynamics.
