Chief Revenue Growth Officer

To succeed in this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals and drive business growth by implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and travel partners.
You will oversee all aspects of the sales and marketing budget, including forecasting and revenue projections. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, competitor performance, and client feedback to continuously improve sales efforts.
Other responsibilities include:
- Developing comprehensive marketing strategies to maximize exposure and drive demand across all market segments
- Collaborating with the hotel's leadership to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
About the Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an experienced leader who possesses exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. A minimum of 7 years of sales and marketing experience is required, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a luxury hotel.
The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of Marriott systems, brand standards, and revenue management practices. They must also demonstrate proven ability to drive growth in corporate, group, and leisure markets.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality is preferred, but not required. Advanced degree holders may be considered favorably.
