About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Progress Residential. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role, driving revenue growth and optimizing leasing performance within a designated market.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in property management, with excellent analytical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of industry practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Leasing Operations: Oversee the marketing and leasing of all vacant and upcoming homes within the assigned portfolio to ensure optimal performance and execution.
- Revenue Maximization: Utilize market insights and leasing performance metrics to maximize revenue growth and optimize pricing strategies.
- Customer Service: Ensure seamless communication with customers and internal teams throughout the leasing process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) matching.
