Job Overview:

The Customer Service Excellence Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of key customer accounts. This position serves as a vital link between the customer and our internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and respond to load tenders in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Facilitate spot quote opportunities for load tenders outside of standard agreements, ensuring accurate manual load creation in TMS.
  • Coordinate order scheduling through customer communication, considering service hours and transit times for timely deliveries.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, proactively addressing service issues and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track loads daily, ensuring data accuracy for efficient billing and collections.
  • Maintain a foundational understanding of all assigned accounts to guarantee effective service during team absences.
  • Manage customer expectations and engage in regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, typing, and 10-key skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience gained through up to 12 months of relevant work experience.
