**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establish and maintain high-performance work systems and teams
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes
  • Lead the plant safety team and manage safety initiatives
  • Manage internal auditing processes and track incident reports
  • Participate in new item processes, customer audits, and communication

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in corrugated or converting environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing, implementing, and managing high-performance work systems and teams
  • Knowledge of local and corporate policies

**Salary:** $81,700 - $108,900 per year, based on individual experience, skills, and abilities. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards.
