We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Boyd Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for performing continuous and repetitive assembly operations, ensuring quality control and meeting production deadlines.

About the Position

This is a hands-on role that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You will be working with a variety of parts and components, assembling them into finished products and packaging them for shipping. You will need to have the ability to work under time constraints, making decisions quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assembly operations, following written instructions and test specifications.
  • Inspect assembled products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments and replacing parts as needed.
  • Rework faulty assemblies, replacing parts if necessary.
  • Verify quality of assembly parts, ensuring they meet specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and inventory, completing all required entries on tickets and floor control.
Benefits
