Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Relations Agent to join our team at Virgin Hotels Dallas. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Manage guest accounts, including processing payments, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with room assignments, including coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management, using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services, ensuring that guests receive accurate and timely information.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that guest requests are met and exceeded.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and credit transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
