Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a smooth stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share information about the local area.
- Take initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Move about the space and take a hands-on approach to work, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
