The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team at Sonder Holdings, Inc. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest communication.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that our properties are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting.
  • Support the back-of-house team with tasks such as inventory management and minor maintenance.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using desktop and mobile applications.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
