Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Four Points LAX. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout.
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy by effectively managing room assignments and rates.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Process guest payments and handle cash handling and credit policies.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel promotions, packages, and special events to effectively communicate with guests.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as balancing cash drawers and preparing shift reports.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
