We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Four Points LAX. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout.
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy by effectively managing room assignments and rates.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Process guest payments and handle cash handling and credit policies.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel promotions, packages, and special events to effectively communicate with guests.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as balancing cash drawers and preparing shift reports.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of $25.55.
