As a key member of our service operations team, you'll be responsible for coordinating employee safety statistics, tracking safety training, managing truck inventory counts, generating on-call schedules, and assisting with customer surveys. You'll work closely with our Service Team Manager to ensure technical service work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Microsoft Windows platform tools and company software to track, manage, and support operations metrics.
  • Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and upload inventory counts into company platforms.
  • Create new employee trunk locations, tool, and product inventories.
  • Participate in business review meetings by preparing and discussing critical account information.
  • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date in NxGen.
  • Facilitate administration of warranty claims.
  • Track and update inventory cycle counts.
  • Create RMA's, prepare shipments for return, and follow up on delays.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Proficient computer skills within Microsoft applications and strong data management capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to desired business goals.
