HVAC Truck Based Customer Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HVAC Truck Based Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our service operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate employee safety statistics, track safety training, and manage truck inventory counts.
  • Generate on-call schedules, assist with customer surveys, and follow up on connected systems needs.
  • Work with the Service Team Manager to ensure technical service work is completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Analyze and assess technical team performance to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and discuss critical account information during business review meetings.
  • Ensure all customer account information is up to date in NxGen.
  • Facilitate administration of warranty claims and track inventory cycle counts.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, plus a minimum of five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to desired business goals.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet business application usage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principles is desired.
