Partner Services Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Partner Services Manager to join our team at Soccer Shots - Queens Northwest & Staten Island. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning and executing all seasonal operation duties related to our youth soccer programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with existing partners, and develop strategies to increase enrollment and revenue.
- Marketing: Create and execute marketing plans to promote our programs, including social media, email marketing, and community outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, including schools, community centers, and other organizations.
- Program Management: Oversee the planning and execution of our youth soccer programs, including coaching, scheduling, and logistics.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
