Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including preparing documents and managing mail
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic files, including scanning pleadings and correspondence
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to prepare trial exhibits and materials
- Assist with scheduling court reporters and arranging conference rooms
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or legal support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Estimated Annual Salary: $55,000 - $75,000, based on experience.
