Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Springs of Richmond. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in patient care.

Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of Indiana.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $$65,000 per year, plus benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.
