About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new accounts and territories, as well as maintaining existing relationships with customers in the flooring industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers in the flooring industry
  • Conduct site inspections, proposal deliveries, and material demonstrations to showcase our products and services
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
  • Travel to customer sites and attend industry events to promote our products and services

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the flooring industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and account development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States
