This position is responsible for motivating community staff members to provide exceptional service to residents and maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliAssist the Community Manager with oversight of the leasing team and training./liliSupport Leasing Consultants in the leasing of apartments and ensure that Fair Housing guidelines are followed./liliPost rental collections, make bank deposits, and oversee the administration of accounting functions for the community./liliMeet regularly with Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss community performance./liliConduct a monthly market survey and recommend pricing changes./liliMaintain and update resident lease files and computer records for the community./liliProcess notices to vacate and manage delinquency/file evictions as necessary./liliField resident concerns and coordinate resolution with Community Manager or other member of the leadership team./li/ulpbRequirements:/b/pulliBA/BS preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered./lili1+ years' experience in a property management role preferred./liliPrevious leasing experience preferred./liliPrevious experience in bookkeeping or collections a plus./liliMust have strong interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful; mature, flexible./liliMust have strong time management skills and ability to multi-task required./liliMust demonstrate support of Bell Core Values./liliMust demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers./liliMust demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service./liliMust be able to clearly communicate both orally and in writing./liliMust be able to understand directives both orally and in writing./liliMust present a professional image./liliMust be resourceful and well-organized./li/ulpbCompensation Range:/b Hourly: $34.00 - $36.00.
