Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Assistant Manager to provide exceptional customer service and support to our organization. This role will involve initiating and implementing sales support action items to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and an excellent external standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers daily to inform them of client products and services.
  • Perform needs assessments and recommend products and services or pass along consumer leads to the sales department.
  • Ensure quality service to external customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales orders and data entry with high accuracy.
  • Take initiative to resolve de-escalations or complaints.
  • Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands.
  • Utilize training materials to ensure a smooth transition into a successful Sales/Customer Retention position.
  • Create a positive and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor individual progress and provide coaching opportunities.

  • Previous customer service and sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organized.
  • Personable and comfortable interacting with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service or customer relationship experience.
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree preferred.
