Customer Service Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Assistant Manager to provide exceptional customer service and support to our organization. This role will involve initiating and implementing sales support action items to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and an excellent external standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers daily to inform them of client products and services.
- Perform needs assessments and recommend products and services or pass along consumer leads to the sales department.
- Ensure quality service to external customers.
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales orders and data entry with high accuracy.
- Take initiative to resolve de-escalations or complaints.
- Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands.
- Utilize training materials to ensure a smooth transition into a successful Sales/Customer Retention position.
- Create a positive and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor individual progress and provide coaching opportunities.
Requirements:
- Great attention to detail.

- Previous customer service and sales experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organized.
- Personable and comfortable interacting with customers.
Qualifications:
- Desire to participate in professional development and take on new responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service or customer relationship experience.
- Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree preferred.
