Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the President, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
  • Assist in research, analysis, and strategic planning to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain office systems, workflows, and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support and contributing to business growth.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
What We Offer
