Job Title: Plant Manager

At Affinity Executive Search, we are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our operations team in achieving excellence in food safety, quality, and production.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a vision for operations excellence, ensuring timely production of high-quality products while meeting food safety and cost targets.
  • Direct day-to-day operations in production, packaging, and distribution, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Lead product line expansion initiatives, developing and maintaining robust food safety protocols to ensure compliance.
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement, measuring and ensuring key goals and objectives are achieved related to safety, maintenance programs, food safety, and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with ownership on plant improvement and growth, managing hiring, training, and employee reviews.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial food operations, with strategic and tactical expertise in quality and compliance standards.
  • Ability to improve existing systems or procedures, resulting in new ideas or approaches of considerable significance.
  • Understanding of yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Base salary $100-115K + 20% performance bonus based on established and achieved KPIs, 401K plan, monthly insurance stipend, paid vacation, paid holidays, and relocation assistance.
