Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team at Leather Brothers, Inc. This is a very specific skilled position that requires a strong background in customer service, data entry, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Enter data into our system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Process credit card payments and complete daily billing tasks.
  5. Prepare and process returns, and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  7. Provide support to the receptionist as needed, and cover their duties during absences.
  8. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
