Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team at Leather Brothers, Inc. This is a very specific skilled position that requires a strong background in customer service and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients. They will also be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, processing credit card payments, and completing daily reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  2. Answer and distribute phone calls, and transfer calls to other team members as needed
  3. Enter orders and process credit card payments
  4. Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records
  5. Process returns and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  6. Assist with shipping and receiving, and perform other tasks as needed
  7. Provide information and support to clients via email and other correspondence
  8. Train in shipping and other areas as needed
  9. Perform customer call backs as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong background in customer service and administrative support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in SAGE/MAS software and SPS Commerce is a plus
  • Team-oriented and able to work well with others
