About the Role

As a Loan Contract Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of vehicle loan contracts at Stellantis Financial Services US. This involves reviewing and verifying submitted contracts, inspecting loan package documentation, and performing quality file reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Verify financial calculations on contracts prior to funding and prepare completed files for funding.
  2. Maintain confidentiality when accessing personal consumer information.
  3. Assist in resolving funding issues and serving as a liaison between Dealer, Loan Officers, and Dealer Relationship Managers.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the auto finance industry as a Loan Processor or similar position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in using lease software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, based on experience. Overtime is required on an as-needed basis, and travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
