About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Loan Assistant III at Simmons Bank. As a key member of our banking operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our bankers and ensuring the smooth operation of our loan documentation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan documentation, including reviewing and updating loan files as needed.
  • Collaborate with assigned bankers to collect financial data and communicate with clients.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in loan documentation or files.
  • Proactively monitor reports to prevent administrative problems and ensure timely completion of tasks.
