About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Coordinator to join our team at Pemex Procurement International, Inc. (PPI). As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement services for PEMEX and its Productive Subsidiary Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the negotiation and implementation of contracts, agreements, and amendments. This will include preparing presentations, coordinating kick-off meetings with new suppliers, and ensuring compliance with current agreements and customer's internal policies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or business with an analytical orientation. A minimum of two years of experience in procurement and/or negotiation or in a related field is also required. Additionally, you should have experience in price analysis, interpretation of legal documentation, and knowledge of Mexican procurement regulations and internal policies applicable to customers, and oil & gas industry.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
