We are seeking an experienced Sr. Loan Processor to join our team at Stellantis Financial Services US.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to utilize their skills and experience in auto finance to drive business growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle loan contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to funding, and performing financial calculations such as income, payoffs, rebates, and cancellation quotes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and verifies submitted contracts and loan packages for accuracy and completeness
  • Closely inspects loan package documentation for suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Verifies calculations on contracts prior to funding and prepares completed files for funding
  • Conducts customer interviews to validate information contained in loan documents
  • Serves as a liaison between dealers, loan officers, and dealer relationship managers to resolve funding issues
  • Maintains confidentiality when accessing personal consumer information

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in auto finance as a Loan Processor or similar position
  • High school diploma or GED
  • In-depth knowledge of loan processing procedures, regulations, and guidelines
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using lease software and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Estimate: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This role requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs and may require travel up to 10% of the time. Relocation assistance is not provided.
