Our Front-of-House Restaurant Manager/Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front-of-house functions in the restaurant, including appearance, presentation, guest experience, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional guest service and a seamless dining experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant appearance, presentation, and overall ambiance.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for front-of-house staff to enhance their skills and career growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in polished casual/fine dining restaurants, with prior management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
