About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead our state-of-the-art cardiac care facilities in a growing market.

This pivotal role oversees multiple departments, including Cardiac Catheterization Labs, Heart and Vascular Units, Cardiovascular Imaging, and Heart Failure Clinics.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of clinical expertise, leadership acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24/7 leadership for all cardiovascular service lines
  • Oversee quality assessment and improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement cardiac care policies and procedures
  • Manage financial operations of cardiovascular services
  • Coordinate interdepartmental services and integration
  • Ensure staff competency and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and accreditation standards
  • Serve as a liaison between medical staff and nursing teams
  • Lead emergency response efforts in cardiac care areas
  • Optimize patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
Qualifications
  • Current RN license with BSN degree required
  • 5+ years of progressive cardiovascular leadership experience
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in financial management and budgeting
  • Experience with quality improvement methodologies
About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to lead a comprehensive cardiovascular service line and shape the future of cardiac care in a growing market.

The successful candidate will oversee 3 catheterization labs and a 7-bed heart valve clinic, managing a team of 38 professionals across multiple departments.

The company offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $170,000 plus incentive bonus, as well as an excellent benefits package.
