Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of cardiovascular staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage departmental budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Management preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in cardiovascular setting required.
  • 1+ years' experience in management required.
  • Registered Nurse or Licensed Technologist with one of the following credentials: RN, RCIS, RT(R) required.
  • BLS Certification required.
  • ACLS certification within 90 days of hire date.
