Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.
- Present financial solutions that meet customers' needs and goals, including debt consolidation, home and auto repairs, and medical procedures.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish skills a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
