Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the boarding of all new, renewed, and modified loans on the loan servicing system as approved.
  • Assist in the preparation of packages for purchased loans.
  • Process entries to the loan servicing system necessary to update or correct loan information, process draws on RLOCA, and assist the manager with monthly reports to internal stakeholders, outside partners, and state.
  • Submit reports to Experian monthly and support the closing department in regard to discrepancies noted in loan documents and approvals.
  • Ensure loan payments are accurately collected and processed.
  • Oversee the generation and submission of loan statements, work with accounting to manage all internal loan refinances, and aid the manager and director in the secondary market sales process.
  • Obtain and organize requested loan information needed for internal audits as well as external audits performed by Lendistry's partners.
  • Work directly with the manager in the release of collateral upon loan termination and release of UCC filings, and work directly with the asset manager in regard to past due loan payments.
Requirements
  • Previous loan servicing experience required for small business or consumer loans.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or up to 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
  • Financial services work experience of 3-5 years.
  • Detailed-oriented and strong organization skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must work effectively with other staff members and work well in a busy environment.
Compensation

$29.00/Hourly, depending on experience and location.
