Maintenance Manager in Training

At JBS USA Holdings, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager in Training to join our team. This role will play a critical part in developing and implementing our Maintenance Pillar, utilizing SAP technology to improve equipment reliability, predictive and preventive maintenance, and workforce effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and coordinate the implementation of the Maintenance Pillar, working closely with maintenance managers, planners, and supervisors.
- Lead the continuous improvement of the Maintenance Pillar, including the development of metrics to track maintenance performance.
- Provide education and training on SAP and maintenance processes to plant maintenance teams.
- Analyze and compare equipment spend across plants to identify best practices and improve equipment performance.
- Interface with equipment suppliers to obtain manuals and optimal spend recommendations.
- Develop and automate metrics to track maintenance performance.
- Serve as the Pilgrims expert on SAP functionality and procedures.
- Collaborate with Corporate Safety and QA to ensure maintenance processes support people and food safety initiatives.
- Typically requires an Associate's Degree or completion of a Vocational/Technical specialty certification/licensure program in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience, with proven experience and aptitude to quickly learn, apply, and teach technology and software solutions.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time, with overnight stays of 1-4 days.
