Warehouse Operations Manager

Our client, a leading packaging distributor, is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the operations of their 1M square foot warehouse.
As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facility, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, and landscaping. You will also be in charge of budgeting, emergency maintenance requests, and vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the 1M square foot warehouse, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, and landscaping
- Oversee the budgeting for the facility, capital expenses, and long-term projects
- Respond to all emergency maintenance requests
- Inspect site and buildings and identify repair and maintenance needs
- Manage vendor relations and oversee the work from all subbed out contractors
- Oversee a team of about 15 employees
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred, but candidates with sufficient experience will also be considered
- Experience in Warehouse Facility Management, preferably with experience working with large spaces
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and landscaping
- Previous management experience is required
