Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Associate/Assembler to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building and assembling high-quality truck bodies, working closely with our manufacturing team to ensure timely and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Production: Build and assemble truck bodies, including cutting, fastening, and inspecting components.
  • Quality Control: Examine finished projects for quality and defects, ensuring that all products meet our high standards.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure smooth production, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to improve processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in assembly and production.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Skills: Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills, as well as working knowledge of hand and power tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working on truck bodies or in construction is a plus.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
Work Environment

This is a manufacturing plant environment, and the team member will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The team member may, at times, sit, bend, stoop, squat, reach overhead, or crawl (may be in confined spaces). The team member is expected to perform repetitive tasks using their hands and have the ability to climb ladders and/or work in high places.
