**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Production Associate/Assembler to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building and assembling truck bodies, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Read and interpret orders, specifications, blueprints, and instructions to ensure accurate production
* Cut and assemble various materials using a range of tools and equipment
* Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, and other fasteners
* Operate pneumatic tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
* Perform setup and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth production
* Examine finished products for quality and defects
* Conduct safety and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
* Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills
* Ability to work with hand and power tools
* Reading and interpreting blueprints
* Previous experience working on truck bodies is a plus
