About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Associate/Assembler to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building and assembling a variety of truck bodies and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret orders, specifications, blueprints, and instructions to ensure accurate production
  • Cut and shape materials to precise sizes using various saws and cutting tools
  • Assemble parts and components using bolts, screws, and other fasteners
  • Operate pneumatic tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently
  • Perform setup and maintenance of equipment as required
  • Examine finished products for quality and defects
  • Conduct safety and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a production or assembly role
  • Basic math and computer skills, as well as proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a manufacturing plant environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working on truck bodies or in a related field
