Objective

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relations - Guaranteeing that our residents feel at home, well-supported, and proud of their living spaces.
  • Operational Duties - Overseeing the efficient turnover of apartments, diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, coordinating with service providers, and assisting the Maintenance team as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education - A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory, along with certifications from recognized institutions demonstrating completion of relevant maintenance training.
  • Availability - Willingness to be on-call for emergency services.
  • Experience - A minimum of three to four years in property maintenance is required.
  • Communication - Proficient communication skills in English are essential.
  • Technical Proficiency - Basic computer skills and familiarity with construction materials and tools are necessary.
  • Physical Requirements - The role involves various physical tasks, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $32.25 to $36.00 per hour
