Job Overview

Position Summary

The Vice President of Operations will play a pivotal role in the leadership team, overseeing the daily management of operational activities while also crafting strategic initiatives to drive business growth and development. Core Responsibilities

  • Direct all operational functions, ensuring the effective implementation of installation processes and ongoing service agreements.
  • Manage the entire operations team, providing direct oversight to both Installation and Service departments.
  • Collaborate with the President and other executives to meet growth, revenue, and performance targets.
  • Work alongside the sales team to secure long-term service agreements and foster repeat business.
  • Drive operational excellence by fostering a culture of innovation and implementing best practices.
  • Engage in strategic planning and execution to align with the company’s vision.
  • Partner with the President to uphold service quality and develop new standards that deliver exceptional value to clients.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain talented personnel to ensure sustained superior performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and adapt operations in response to significant changes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to devise strategies for operational expansion and corporate growth through potential mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet operational demands.
  • Maintain accountability for optimizing operational profitability, overseeing all installation and service activities.
  • Deliver high-value services through project management excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Act as the company’s representative within the industry, cultivating strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and industry organizations.
  • Support business development initiatives and pursue new client opportunities.
  • Utilize existing industry relationships to create new business prospects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent leadership experience.
  • Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a customer-centric, commercial services environment.

  • Demonstrated success in service delivery, client management, and profitability.
  • Experience managing multiple service projects, including planning, scheduling, and financial oversight.
