- Direct all operational functions, ensuring the effective implementation of installation processes and ongoing service agreements.
- Manage the entire operations team, providing direct oversight to both Installation and Service departments.
- Collaborate with the President and other executives to meet growth, revenue, and performance targets.
- Work alongside the sales team to secure long-term service agreements and foster repeat business.
- Drive operational excellence by fostering a culture of innovation and implementing best practices.
- Engage in strategic planning and execution to align with the company’s vision.
- Partner with the President to uphold service quality and develop new standards that deliver exceptional value to clients.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain talented personnel to ensure sustained superior performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and adapt operations in response to significant changes.
- Collaborate with senior management to devise strategies for operational expansion and corporate growth through potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet operational demands.
- Maintain accountability for optimizing operational profitability, overseeing all installation and service activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent leadership experience.
