About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Group Health Sales Executive to join our team at Allstate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting strong broker relationships and driving sales of our Allstate Health Group Medical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and train new brokers to achieve growth objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales production from Allstate Health Group Medical products
  • Provide enrollment support and maintain a positive working relationship with sales support, underwriting, and policyholder services teams
  • Recruit, train, and motivate brokers to achieve sales objectives and improve persistency of business written in assigned territory
  • Work with brokers to help bring value to their existing book of business and develop new opportunities
Requirements:
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 5 or more years of experience in sales or a related field (preferred)
  • Life and Health license (preferred)
  • CEBS, CLU, and/or ChFC certifications (preferred)
  • Strong sales communication and relationship building skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to stay current on sales and marketing techniques and changes in state and federal law that affect the insurance industry
