Amusement Department Manager

Round One Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Arcade Supervisor to join our team at our new location in San Francisco, CA, at the Stonestown Galleria.
Job Summary:The Arcade Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in the supervision and management of the Amusement Department. This role requires excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to implement company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Under the direction of the Amusement Manager and/or General Manager, achieve departmental sales goals through the efficient execution of Company policies.
- Provide personal sales support and troubleshoot the amusement department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Control payout ratios of crane operations by monitoring payout numbers and customer activity.
- Conduct tills checks, refunds, credit, and ticket adjustments in accordance with company policy.
- Assist in planning and preparing work schedules and assignments of employees to specific duties.
- Monitor store inventory levels to ensure adequate availability of products.
- Supervise department employees to ensure compliance with established operational practices and policies.
- Ensure compliance with security, sales, and safety procedures and practices.
- Assist in training employees on amusement-related tasks and procedures.
- Attend department and store meetings as assigned by the General Manager/Amusement Manager.
- Associate's degree and 2-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the entertainment, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with high integrity and respect for everyone.
- Solid communication skills, critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation for diversity.
The Arcade Supervisor will work in a fast-paced bowling center/arcade environment with high levels of noise, dust, and activity. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Physical Demands:The Arcade Supervisor will be required to stand and walk for extensive periods, bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces. Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.
