Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Bowling Department, ensuring seamless operations and meeting sales goals.
- Interface with clients, Events Department, Amusement Department, and General Management to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote bowling games, memberships, and events.
- Train and supervise department staff, ensuring they meet company standards and sales goals.
- Conduct opening and closing duties, manage staffing, and perform administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Marketing Department to increase store traffic and promote events.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, adhering to company standards.
- Some college preferred, but not required; minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field; bowling or game center experience highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 200 pounds.
