Job Overview

The Financial Operations Supervisor will manage the daily functions of the finance department, including supervising the accounting team, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial documentation.

  • Maintain financial records within the accounting/ERP system.
  • Generate financial or regulatory reports as mandated by laws or management.
  • Verify the accuracy of financial and transactional data.
  • Oversee insurance negotiations and select appropriate brokers or carriers.
  • Analyze forecasting data to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation.
  • Monitor organizational adherence to regulations.
  • Reconcile financial transaction records.
  • Keep track of financial information.

Qualifications:

  • Proven capability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
