The A.C. Coy Company is seeking a qualified IT Financial Analyst for our IS Corporate Administration team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all I/T Vendor Software License Agreements.
  • Prepare and analyze management reports to highlight operational performance and trends.
  • Track invoices and relevant documentation for vendor agreements, addressing variances promptly.
  • Collaborate with I/T Finance and Contract Lead to develop and maintain operating and capital budgets for the IT sector, including multi-year forecasts.
  • Assist the I/T Management team in reviewing and recommending I/T software and hardware maintenance renewals.
  • Coordinate and submit all I/T related Expense and Capital purchase orders.
  • Compare purchase orders, pricing, payment terms, and additional charges.
  • Process transactions and perform accounting duties, including account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling accounts.
  • Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to support IT Business Operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable, including vendor account research and resolution, as well as new vendor documentation.
  • Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other relevant programs.
  • Handle accounts payable for various entities and vendors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and payroll in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Process due invoices for payments efficiently.
  • Conduct full cycle accounts payable transactions to guarantee accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Receive, allocate, and enter a high volume of invoices from multiple facilities.
  • Obtain necessary verifications and approvals for invoices prior to posting.
  • Process and follow up on urgent items as needed.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external vendor inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure proper accounting practices are followed at month-end.
  • Research and resolve any invoice or Accounts Payable discrepancies.
  • Consistently meet all processing and reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain effective, timely, and professional communication with clients, employees, and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field (Required).
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Support for multiple physical locations.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
    • Experience with Finance Supply Chain ERP systems (Infor, Oracle Cloud Enterprise, SAP).
    • Proficient in managing a high volume of transactions.
