Job Summary

As a Desktop Support Technician at Vaco, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware replacements
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients

Requirements

Associates or bachelor's degree with two years of experience, or two years of experience in a related field, preferred
Two or more years' experience in health care, preferred
Demonstrated experience with Service Now, preferred
Experience in IT best practices, ITIL environment or current ITIL certification(s), preferred
Experience collaborating with outsourced service desk and field services vendors
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
