Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Cedar Fair. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and maintain the cleanliness of hotel guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and inspected prior to guest occupancy.
  • Provide training, coaching, and counseling to associates on their performance, and refer disciplinary issues to management.
  • Assist in preparing and administering the annual division operating budget, making adjustments as needed to meet department goals.
  • Review and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports on department paperwork and reports, including break and meal period schedules, location schedules, and orders.
  • Provide exceptional guest service according to Cedar Fair standards, initiating guest interactions, answering questions, and giving directions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work areas, performing all duties in compliance with Six Flags Safety guidelines and requirements.
  • Conduct management inspections to ensure team leaders and associates are upholding cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1-3 years of previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience maintaining hotel aesthetics.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed to meet business needs.
