Job Title: Process Improvement Lead

Join Aequor Technologies as a Process Improvement Lead and contribute to the success of our organization by driving process improvements and optimizing business operations.

Job Summary:

The Process Improvement Lead will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives across the organization, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions to implement changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, IT, or related field
  • PMP, ACP, or equivalent certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or degree in industrial engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
