Job Title: Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at SNI Companies. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, handling employee data, and running reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for 1000+ employees (both exempt and non-exempt)
  • Collect and enter timesheet and payroll data into Ceridian Dayforce
  • Calculate and run reports on wages, overtime, bonuses, tax deductions, etc
  • Run weekly/monthly reports as necessary
  • Prepare and process paychecks and cash deposits
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation & transactions
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years' experience working in payroll or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices
  • Experience working with Ceridian Dayforce is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
